Associate Professor, NCUE
Chih-Hsiung Shen received the B.S. degree from the Physics Department, National Chang Hua Normal University and the M.S. degreefrom the Institute of Physics, National Tsing Hwa University, in 1988 and 1990, respectively. The Ph.D. degree is received from the Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, in 2001, Taiwan, R.O.C.  He works for OPTO TECH in Hsinchu Science Based Park since 1997.He is currently a staff of the Department of Metronics Engineering, National Changhua University of Education. His current research area has been in MEMS, sensor fabrication and optronics engineering.
