     何明華教授目前服務於彰化師範大學電信工程研究所。他於1985年取得國立交通大學控制工程學系學士學位,1989年於美國紐約雪城大學電機工程學系取得碩士學位,而後在1993年於美國德州農工大學電機工程學系獲得博士學位。他在19932000年之間於虎尾科技大學車輛工程學系擔任副教授, 2000年八月赴國立彰化師範大學電機工程學研究所擔任教職,並於隔年轉至該校電子系服務。他在2007年升等教授一職,並於2010年二月轉入該校電信工程研究所擔任教職。他的研究興趣著重在平面結構之微波濾波電路、雙工器與功率耦合電路的設計,平面結構包含微帶線、共面波導與懸浮帶線結構與基板合成波導結構之微波電路設計,同時也致力於平面微帶天線的設計。他截止目前共發表了四十餘篇的學術期刊論文,近五十餘篇的會議論文與八項發明專利。
 
Min-Hua Ho (M’93) received a B. Sc. degree in Control Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, in 1985, and an M. Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse NY, in 1989, and his Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station TX, in 1993.
    Currently, he is with the Department of Electronic Engineering and Graduate Institute of Communications Engineering, National Changhua University of Education in Taiwan as a professor.  His research interests include the analysis and design of microwave circuits, antenna design, and numerical techniques in electromagnetics.

應用電磁實驗室成立於民國101年八月,本實驗室是從電信所電波實驗室所分出來的實驗室。實驗室的宗旨為致力於研究先進的微波電路,研究的課題包含SIW結構之平衡式濾波電路設計、SIW共振腔體之平衡式濾波電路設計、SIW腔體與微帶天線共構之超窄頻天線設計與懸浮帶線結構之多種微波電路設計,同時實驗室亦致力於訓練與培育微波電路設計之中高階研發人才。
主要設計軟體:HFSS、ADS、CST
主要儀器設備:Agilent 67 GHz 4埠向量網路分析儀、雕刻機、紫外線曝光機、
                光阻液塗佈機等
