研究方向

 

      互補式金氧半導體(complementary metal oxide semiconductor, CMOS)標準製程技術發展迄今已臻成熟穩定,對於微感測器的設計與製作,採用CMOS製程不但可以大量擷取其既有的優勢,還能將積體電路同時整合在晶片上。因此本實驗室研究方向主要為: 1. CMOS MEMS微機電製程與元件研究   2.CMOS MEMS微機電元件之應用研究。

       而在現代生活上以及工業應用上非接觸式量測逐漸取代傳統之接觸式量測, 避免污染、干擾、量測環境之限制,舉凡輻射溫度量測、氣體濃度偵測、距離量測都有很廣泛應用近幾年的相關研究旨在探討CMOS相容之熱電堆感測元件的特性研究,同時利用CMOS MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System, 微機電系統) 技術設計製作數種新型微感測器元件之結構與應用,針對其感測性能進行量測與討論。
